Your working location is flexible - you can choose to work in our offices in Široki Brijeg and Mostar, and can also combine those two locations according to your personal needs and the needs of the project or the client. Besides the location, the working hours are also flexible, so the workday can be fit in between 07:00 and 17:00. You can also work remote for a certain portion of your working week, while senior developers can work remotely full-time. As a member of Daniel Speyer GmbH, globalsoft offers the possibility to travel and work from the offices of other members of the group in Germany and Malta, with paid travel and accommodation expenses.

Skil Sprints

We especially like to highlight one specific method of education, so called “Skill sprints”, in which external experts in a particular field are hired for a small timeframe, typically one week, to intensely work with our interested developers at our premises and bring them into the world of new and unknown technologies, programming languages, algorithms etc. In this way, we have already had several of them, such as those around ELK stack (Elastic search, Logstash, Kibana) under the guiding eye of Julles von Gurop and for GoLang and microservices under the mentorship of Darko Djalevski and Gligor Gudjevski, which resulted in a great leap in our knowledge and expertise which was, in the end, translated into even better IT solutions. New skill sprints are being organized, and as a dveloper you have the right to suggest new ones.

Frontend Developer


What we're looking for

We are looking for an experienced Senior Front-End Developer, who would like to grow their skill-set and expertise by working on challenging projects. If you are passionate about creating intuitive and cutting-edge user interfaces using React and desire to join a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of technology, we'd love to hear from you!

Necessary skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in frontend development, with a strong focus on React
  • Extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related frontend technologies
  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles and experience optimizing performance across various devices and browsers
  • Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Enzyme) and test-driven development practices
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science, computing, or related preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for continuous learning and improvement
  • Experience with code reviews to enforce good coding practices
  • High proficiency in English in both written and verbal form
  • Like mentoring and are not afraid to take the lead
